Anna Field is an experienced ornithologist, having carried out a wide range of surveys for the British Trust for Ornithology (BTO) and other organisations over the last 20 years. She holds an undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University and a masters degree in Conservation Ecology from Oxford Brookes University and t
Anna Field is an experienced ornithologist, having carried out a wide range of surveys for the British Trust for Ornithology (BTO) and other organisations over the last 20 years. She holds an undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University and a masters degree in Conservation Ecology from Oxford Brookes University and through these has an excellent understanding of bird survey techniques and data analysis. She holds a BTO ringing 'A' permit and Schedule 1 licence and is an experienced nest finder and recorder for a number of species. She has a particular interest in raptor ecology, monitors a large number of Barn Owl sites in the North Cotswolds and is an active member and trustee of the Gloucestershire Raptor Monitoring Group.
